SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Air Force Test Center�s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government�s requirement to procure and install main drive exciters at Arnold AFB, TN. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. INTRODUCTION: The Government requires design, procurement and installation of up to five (5) DC static exciters in a test facility at Arnold AFB. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing; however, other recommendations will be considered. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. Overview of company�s technical capabilities. Submission: Provide your company�s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 26 February 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil. NOTE: If the technical capabilities of your company align with the requirement, the Contracting Officer may contact the company POC to schedule a follow-up discussion with the Government Project Team.
