- Arkansas Air National Guard, 189 Mission Support Contracting, Little Rock AFB, intends to issue a firm-fixed price sole?source award to Federal Prison Industries for office furniture in the amount of $173,800.94 The anticipated NAICS codes is 337211 The requested delivery is 120 days ARO, shipping to Little Rock AFB. The authority for this sole source is Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, which states, �For purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is not a request for quotes, bids, or offerors and unsolicited proposals in response to this notice will not be accepted. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
