- 2/12/2026 - Included in the attachements: Site visit slides - B35 Critical Line Installation and redacted Site Visit - Sign in Sheet - B35 Critical Loop Installatoin_Redacted The Kansas National Guard intends to issue an request for quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Installation of a critical electrical line to Building 35�s communications room. A critical line is needed to be installed to the communications node which will keep power to the room in the event of a power outage the room will be powered off the critical loop fed from building 16. The contract duration will be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit is on 12 February 2026, @ 0900 CST All Request for Information must be submitted by 27 February 2026, @ 0900 CST via email to 184WG.MSG.CONTRACTING@us.af.mil The solictation closing date is on 5 March 2026, @ 0900 CST. Electronic quotes shall be submitted to 184WG.MSG.CONTRACTING@us.af.mil Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.SAM.gov.
