- THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES This is a solicitation in accordance with FAR 12 procedures. The solicitation number for this action is N0018926QB010. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 are incorporated. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This synopsis shall be posted on both SAM and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Deloitte Consulting LLC; Cage Code: ITTG5. The proposed acquisition is for transitional support in support of digital integration efforts for the United States Naval Community College. The NAICS Code is 541330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25.5 million. Quotes are not being accepted in response to this document. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED/FM and C Directorate intends to acquire on a sole source basis via a Firm- Fixed Price contract with a two (2) week period of performance beginning on 1 March 2026. The awarded contract for the above requirement is for a commercial service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future similar requirements; however, this notice is not intended to be a request for competitive quotations from any source. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on response received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
