Project Title:: B402 Install HVAC Chase Doors Project Location: Shaw AFB Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a Competitive Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 236220. Site Visit is scheduled for 27 January 2026 at 9:30 AM on Shaw AFB. For Base Access requests contact the Contracting Officer, Ms. Zelda Williams at moore.williams.1@us.af.mil or the Contract Specialist, 2nd Lt Johnathan Youngblood at johnathan.youngblood.2@us.af.mil NLT Friday 23 January 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. Base access will not be permitted without prior coordination. Questions or request for Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer NLT 2 February 2026. Time Zone: All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) POC: Contract Specialist, 2nd Lt Johnathan Youngblood at johnathan.youngblood.2@us.af.mil Contracting Officer, Zelda Williams at moore.williams.1@us.af.mil All correspondence shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer The Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Proposals are due by 18 Feb 2026 at 2:00 P.M. and must be addressed to: 20 CONS/PKB Note: All interested vendors shall acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation by completing Block 19 and signing Blocks 20a through 20c of the SF1442. Failure to acknowledge amendments may render a proposal ineligible for award.
