- This Solicitation Notice is issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Chicago District, for an active construction project at Cat Island, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.PROJECT INFORMATION: This project entails the replacement of an existing 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culvert with an 84-inch RCP culvert at the Cat Island Dredged Material Management Facility (DMMF) in Brown County, Wisconsin.CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 South LaSalle Street, Suite 1500, Chicago IL 60604ACQUISITION INFORMATION:Competition: This acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns.NAICS Code: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering ConstructionSize Standard: $45.0 MillionMagnitude of Construction: Estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.SOLICITATION PACKAGE: The solicitation is downloadable from the internet only.
