- This message is a Request for Information issued for market research purposes. We are looking for any recomendations or suggestions for a comparable replacement for a 20 TON Split A/C unit. The replacement needs to be compatible with the following specifications: Outdoor Unit (Condenser): Nominal Capacity: 20 TON (240,000 BTU/h) Voltage: 208/230V � 3 Phase � 60HZ Refrigerant TYPE: R-22 Compressors: 2-Stage (Dual) Scroll Compressors Fans: 2 Efficiency: Up to 11.0 EER / 14.8 IEER Dimensions: ~50.4� H x 103.4� W x 54.3� D Weight: 1133lbs Inside Unit (Air Handler): Nominal Capacity: 20 TON (240,000 BTU/h) Fan Motor Horsepower: 3HP Nominal Air Flow: 8000 CFM Electrical: 208/230 Volt, 3-Phrase, 60Hz Cooling Coil: 4-Row Direct Expansion (DX) Coil (Copper Tube, Aluminum Fin) Commercial Heat Element Kit For Air Handler Unit: 20 TON Voltage: 240Volts � 3 Phase � 60HZ 240 Volts, 3 Phrase Heating Capacity 19.1W Total Amps: 46 AMPS The Statement Of Need and pictures of the current unit are attached for reference. Please be advised this is an RFI only. This inquiry does not constitute a solicitation, a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a promise to issue and RFQ in the future. A contract will not be awarded based on responses to this notice. We kindly request that you provide any recommendations no later than, Friday, February 20th by 16:00 CST.
