The contractor shall provide a technical system refresh and modernization to computer hardware, software, and firmware in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), including: system maintenance for JPED�s Avigilon Control Center Rel. 7, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems.
