- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/RFO) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is NOT SET ASIDE Full and Open Competition The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 5621111 Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is S205 Housekeeping Trash/Garbage Collection. VHA VISN 10 Southern Ohio VA Facilities (Chillicothe, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton) are seeking a solid waste and recycling provider.
