Description

The U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain cost estimates and capability statements from qualified vendors for venue, catering, decorations, audiovisual support, staffing, and related event services in support of the Embassy�s 2026 Independence Day Celebration. The anticipated attendance is approximately 700 guests. Tentative event dates are June 17, 2026, or June 25, 2026; vendors must confirm availability for both dates. This RFI is for planning purposes only. Responses are due February 24, 2026, at 09:00 AM (local time) to tgubids@state.gov. All submissions must be in English.
