- This solicitation is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) using procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) requires support services in the removal, installation, and maintenance of existing UltraPure Systems humidification units and the Reverse Osmosis Deionization (RODI) water purification systems. The period of performance shall be for a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years, as detailed below: Base Year - 27 March 2026 - 26 March 2027 Option Year I - 27 March 2027 - 26 March 2028 Option Year II - 27 March 2028 - 26 March 2029 Option Year III - 27 March 2029 - 26 March 2030 Option Year IV - 27 March 2030 - 26 March 2031
