- The attachment is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. This RFQ is a total set-aside for commercial items and was prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13. If your company is interested, please submit a quote to Melva Robinson via email by 3:00 PM ET on Friday, 20 February 2026. For any item where a quote will not be offered, the offeror shall state �No Quote�. The offeror shall use the attachment to submit pricing and the estimated delivery date. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the following criteria: Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
