- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, is pleased to announce an upcoming Virtual Informational Industry Day for the 3200 Block on Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, individual projects within the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry. Event Details: Date: 05 March 2026 Time: 1030-1130 PST Format: Online Registration Due Date: 25 February 2026, or when max capacity is reached **Location**: Link will be sent upon your registration verification Who Should Attend: All interested vendors, including small businesses, large businesses, and other industry partners. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Registration Instructions: Interested parties must register by completing the registration form via the below link. Attendance at this event is not mandatory. Please note that by completing this form you are not guaranteed a seat at the event. Important Information: Set-aside classifications will be announced on a per-project basis. Solicitation information is project-specific. Project Status: Building 3218-3219: Solicitation is currently active on SAM.gov (Total Small Business Set-Aside). Buildings 3221-3222: Solicitation has been posted and is currently under the selection process (Total Small Business Set-Aside). Buildings 3223-3224: Solicitation release is planned for July 2026 (set-aside classification to be determined). Secure Operations Facility: Solicitation release is anticipated in late March to early April 2026 (Full and Open Competition). This is an Industry Day notice only. This notice is solely for informational purposes regarding an upcoming industry day and should not be construed as a request for offers or proposals.
