- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HC108426R0001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for a dynamically scalable communications capability utilizing an on-demand service approach for equipment that can readily adjust to both increases and decreases in communications requirements and which is available on an �as ordered"" basis for communication hardware. The scope of this requirement includes the hardware, operating software, storage, network management tools and software, automation tools and software, and technical services required to deliver DISA the flexibility to meet the requirements of security, availability, scalability, and modernization of the communication infrastructure for data centers and hybrid-cloud solutions. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
