- Description
- Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), 1 Norfolk Naval Shipyard Portsmouth, VA 23709, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for Services to Remove and Replace the Outer Cover and all Inlet Filters on a Retractable/Expandable Paint Booth. This is a SOLICITATION for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12. The RFQ number is N4215826QS006/0002. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 Effective August 27, 2025 and the DFARS Change notice 20251001. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS CODE is 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The PSC code is J068 - Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Chemicals and Chemical Products. This is Full and Open competition. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF with the signed solicitation (N4215826QS006/0002) in its entirety. Quote must include pricing, FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, and business size. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements in the SOW. An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
