Description

Pharmaceutical reverse distribution services for the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS), to provide on?site identification, preparation, and shipment of expired and short?dated pharmaceuticals; processing of controlled and non?controlled items for manufacturer credit through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV); detailed credit and disposal reporting; and compliant destruction of non?returnable and hazardous pharmaceuticals. The requirement includes recurring on?site service visits to seven VANEOHS pharmacy locations under a firm?fixed, flat?fee, per?site?visit pricing model that is not commission?based and is independent of credit value.
