Description

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to contractors questions, incorporate the revised PWS into the solicitation, and extend the due date to 24 February 2026. Contractors must acknowledge amendment by submitting SF 30 with their proposal. Contractor must fill out SF 30 section 8 and 15 (a-c). Contractor must follow the submission instructions. Part I-Price includes the entire SF 1449 completely filled out with amendments completely filled out/signed. Part II-Technical-must clearly address all factors. National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at San Francisco National Cemetery. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform grounds maintenance services for San Francisco National Cemetery, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
