- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend proposals due dates from 19 Feb 26 at 12:00pm AKST to 24 Feb 26 10:00am AKST 2) Extend PPQ due dates in Attachment 05 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors from 19 Feb 26 at 12:00pm AKST to 24 Feb 26 10:00am AKST All other terms and conditions remain the same ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Update Attachment 01 PWS to reflect changes from recent questions 2) Update Attachment 10 Questions and Answers to reflect recent questions received 3) Update Attachment 11 Grounds Mainteance Pictures with pictures of contractor storage area All other termsn and conditions remain the same. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 3 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Update Clause 52.212-5 to include 52.219-4 2) Update Attachement 10 Questions and Answers All other terms and conditions remain the same ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 2 The pupose of this amendement is to: 1) Update Attachment 05 Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors to reflect accurate due dates 2) Update Attachment 10 Questions and Answers to reflect recent questions All other terms and conditions remain the same ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to add: 1) Attachment 10 Questions and Answers 2) Attachment 11 Grounds Maintenance Pictures All other terms and conditions remain the same ************************************************************************************************************************************************* Eielson AFB in Alaska has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services. The contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary in compliance with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition under the NAICS code of 561730 Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $9.5M and PSC S208- Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Groundskeeping services. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number FA500426R0003 FY26 Grounds Maintenance Services for the 354 Civil Engineer Squadron (354 CES) shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this RFP. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Intersted offerors shall review all attachments and provide a proposal in accordance with all intructions on or before 24 February 2026 at 10:00am AKST
