- Amendment 0008 to Solicitation SPE608-25-R-0200 1.PURPOSE The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the MGO requirements in Duqm, Oman. 2.REQUIREMENT A. Ancillary Charges Total ancillary charges under the Bunkers CENTCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount. B. RESOLICITED REQUIREMENTS 1)Closing Date for This Amendment: Offers responding to this amendment are due Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time. 2)Required Supplementary Quality Assurance Provisions are included. See attachment. 3)Line Items: Item: 0006 Location: Duqm, Oman Mode of Delivery: Barge Product: MARINE GAS OIL (MT) Quantity: 9,425 Metric Ton Base Reference: Platts Gasoil 10 ppm FOB Arab Gulf AAIDT00 Base Reference Price: $584.12 Per Metric Ton Base Reference Date: May 13, 2025 Item: 0026 Location: Duqm, Oman Mode of Delivery: Tank Truck Product: MARINE GAS OIL (MT) Quantity: 9,425 Metric Ton Base Reference: Platts Gasoil 10 ppm FOB Arab Gulf AAIDT00 Base Reference Price: $584.12 Per Metric Ton Base Reference Date: May 13, 2025 C. Submission Requirements Offerors shall submit ATTACHMENT A-2 Offer Data Sheet and include the following with each item offered: �Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ) �Commitment Letter from the supplier Offers shall be submitted electronically to Bunkers Team at DDFBunkers@dla.mil 3.TERMS AND CONDITIONS Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of Solicitation SPE608-25-R-0200 remained unchanged and in full force and effect.
