Description

Request For Information (RFI) 70FB8026I00000004 As part of continuing Market Research, this announcement is not a notice of solicitation issuance. This is a notice for planning purposes only; intended to obtain questions/feedback from industry and to determine the availability of firms capable to provide the contemplated supplies. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply whatsoever. Further, FEMA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), if one is issued. Respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Should solicitations be issued, they will be issued pursuant to the acquisition strategy selected by the Contracting Officer and the applicable procurement regulations. Description: For more details, please review the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) Response Instructions: Please respond to the List of Questions within the provided link. NO other forms of responses will be accepted at this time. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the listed POC by no later than 09:00AM, Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, February 20, 2026. Verbal questions will not be accepted. All answers to questions will be posted in SAM.gov. Disclaimer: The purpose of this RFI is for the Government to conduct market research. This is not a solicitation for proposals. The Government cannot issue a contract award based on this RFI. Any information submitted in response to the Request for Information is subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, USC 552(a). The Government does not request any proprietary information be submitted, nor shall it be liable, for any consequential damages for any proprietary information.
