Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to AGFA Healthcare Corporation. AGFA Healthcare Corporation s Dose Monitoring Software system implemented within the Veterans Integrated Service Network 23 (VISN 23) Health Care System. The Dose Monitoring Software system is proprietary and may only be licensed by AGFA Healthcare Corporation. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 23 Healthcare System. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19 Million, and PSC J065. Statements are due no later than 02/25/2026 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please indicate Response to Radiation Dose Monitor in subject line of e-mail. No phone calls please. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
