Description

Request for Offer/Solicitation # 697DCK-26-R-00150 for Grounds Maintenance Services at the FAA, Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), in Aurora, IL (ZAU). You can input the solicitation number in the search field. This is a firm, fixed price (FFP) procurement set as full and open competition and a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) size standard code for this requirement is 561210, Facility Support Services. SITE VISIT A one-time site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM CT. Attendees must register. Please see further details in Section B of the attached SIR/Solicitation document. QUESTIONS All Questions/Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to alicia.m.grant@faa.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than February 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT to allow sufficient time to respond. Please include Solicitation/SIR # 697DCK-26-R-00130 in subject line of email correspondence. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the RFO process.
