Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MOF-CON ER02- Red Run Repairs. The purpose of this contract is to fix drainage problem areas due to the 2023 May flood event. The project shall consist of removing culverts, install new culverts, construct spec ditches, construct lead off ditches, grade road, and construct head walls as specified in plans. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies (unless otherwise designated), permits, licenses and incidentals necessary to perform the required services on the Monongahela National Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is $45.0 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
