Site Visit Date/Time 2nd SITE VISIT SCHEDULED: The pre-bid conference will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, CST @ 10:00am. at Oscar G Johnson VA Hospital - Signs will be posted RFI Question: On the bid form the period of performance is 180 days after NTP, on the bid schedule the period of performance is 430 days after NTP. Response: Clarification - 430 calendar days from the NTP RFIs date Extended: due no later than 3:00 pm local CST, March 10, 2026 Bid Opening Date extended from 3/17/2026 to: PROPOSAL DUE DATE / TIME: MARCH 26, AT 1:00 P.M. CST.
