- Amendment 0001- W912CM-26-Q-A006-0001 Dated: 18 Febrruary 2026 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Add option CLIN 0002. 2. Add FAR 52.217-7, 52.217-5. 3. Modify 52.212-2 (b) Options to include clause standard language. 4. Extend solicitation closing from 20 FEB 2026 to 24 FEB 2026. 5. All other terms and conditions not explicitly changed via this amendment remain in full force and effect. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office-Wiesbaden, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for six (6) new, left-hand drive Commercial Heavy Armored Vehicles for the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden. Please review the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM26QA006 for this action. Quoters are requested to carefully read ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 included in the RFQ to understand the instructions for your submittals. Any amendment(s) to this solicitation will be posted on SAM.GOV. Pease Note: Pending approvals, an amendment will be made to this solicitation to include an additional three (3) heavy armored vehicles. This is a ""Brand Name or Equal"" requirement based on BMW. Offerors may propose an ""equal"" product but must provide sufficient documentation to prove it meets all characteristics identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for this requirement is also attached. Please review all attachments for complete details. IMPORTANT: Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the date of submission of proposals/quotes/offers/bids.
