Description: The Office of the Secretary of War, Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSW CAPE) has a requirement to obtain Joint Data Support Services for Strategic Analysis and Analytical Support to Force Planning. The Contractor shall provide JDS Data Collection support as defined in this Peformance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
