Description

This is not a request for quote/proposal. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Enterprise, intends to do the following: Award a short-term sole source extension modification to the incumbent contractor, Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA). IEA [CAGE: 1XCZ1; 8283 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA, United States] now a wholly owned subsidiary of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH) [CAGE Code: 17038; 8283 Greensboro Dr. McLean VA 22102-3838, United States]. The Contractor is currently performing services under, Contract GS-00F-253CA, Task Order HQ0034-20-F-0224, with services concluding on February 28, 2026. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge effort is for one (1) month with a one (1) month option period , from March 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, Limiting sources.
