- Amendment 1 posted 20 February 2026 to provide answers to questions. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish an Other Transaction Agreement with a single Consortium Management Firm under the authority of 10 U.S.C. � 4022 to develop and mature technologies to enable advanced approaches to maintaining maritime superiority.
