- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for W912CH-25-R-0177 -Mount Assembly, Roadwheel ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal proposes to solicit and award a One-time buy with 100% Option Firm Fixed Price contract. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The Government does not intend to utilize FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items. Always download the TDP; The TDP may be updated. The date on the top-level drawing does not change when the specs or lower-level drawings are revised. Technical Data Package List (TDPL) review date: 06 May 2025 The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification.
