Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, has a requirement for a contractor to furnish the following commercial supplies: Two (2) Rotary Screw Style Air Compressors 30 Horsepower 3 Phase, 480V Rated for 125 PSI at 130 CFM One (1) Desiccant Air Dryer 3 Phase, 480V Rated for 250 CFM at 100 PSI Basis for Award: This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award a single Purchase Order to the responsible small business whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is the most advantageous to the Government on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be considered technically acceptable, quotes must meet the specifications listed in the attached Statement of Work. The applicable NAICS code is 333912 (Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing) with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. Amendment 001: Proposal Due Date Extended: The proposal due date has been extended to 6 Mar 2026 at 1400 CST. Final Industry Questions Deadline: Final questions from industry regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 23 Feb 2026 at 1600 CST. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed. Disclaimer on Evaluating Quotes: Vendors are advised that only one quote per vendor will be evaluated. Amended or revised quotes submitted in response to this amendment will be accepted and evaluated; however, multiple quotes from the same vendor will not be considered.
