Description

Purchase Request: 1000221339, NSN: 4610015678157, FILTER ELEMENT,REVE, IAW Part Number: 33-0036M. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this material is PARKER HANNIFIN CORPORATION 62144. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Unit Price is requested to be held for at least a 1-year increment, but not limited to 1-year. Unit price may be the same for the entire base and option period of 5-years or separated out in 1-year periods as shown below. The total dollar value of this contract shall not exceed. The required delivery is 155 days ARO to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, New Cumberland, PA. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin applies. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to interested requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is March 12, 2026. The anticipated closing date is April 13, 2026.
