- The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10626Q00000008 for the provision of Milk Products to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. Delivery is required to start April 2, 2026. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311511. The small business size standard is 1,150 employees. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after February 20, 2026 with a due date of March 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
