Description

Request for Quotes FA301626R0015 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) For MWD Food Program BPA - Purina Brand Name Only (The quote shall be effective 60 days after submission) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301626R0015 and is issued as an RFQ. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 11/10/2025. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 311111 � Dog and Cat Food Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 8940 � Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. This non-personal requirement is for MWD Food Program BPA - Purina in support of the 341st Training Squadron (TRS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX. This requirement will be performed in accordance with the Attachment 2 - Purina MWD Food BPA - F2MTR15213HG01- SOW - Dog Food BPA (341 TRS signed). The Non-Manufacturer Rule will apply to this acquisition. This acquisition will be posted Full and Open.
