If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit them to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The anticipated period of performance includes a twelve-month (12) period. No subcontracting and/or co-venturing shall be allowed for any portion of the janitorial services described herein. Only firms demonstrating full legal standing within the Kingdom of Morocco, and possessing the required professional capabilities, will be considered for participation in the forthcoming solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 (Tradeoff Process). The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. Proposals must be submitted in English, and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted electronically to?CasablancaProc@state.gov. Offerors with an active SAM registration need only provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and are not required to complete the information in FAR 52.204-90 since relevant information is found in their SAM registration.
