- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for Lee County Health Care Center Medical Gas Education. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and SBA Small Business Search (SBS). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, SBA Small Business Search (SBS) SDVOSB certification, any other supporting information for the price submitted, and any items identified in ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The solicitation will be available on or about February 23, 2026 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.SAM.gov).
