Description

The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0002 is to 1. Provide Government responses to solicitation questions from potential offerors. Government responses to questions from industry are annotated in Attachment 12-Government Responses to Industry Questions-W5168W26RA007_Carlisle Barracks JOC. 2. Extend the proposal due date from 26 February to 10 March 2026. 3. Revise Solicitation Attachment 2: Carlisle Barracks JOC SOW - Updated 18 February 2026. 4. Revise Section L and Section M of the solicitation. 5. Revise Solicitation Exhibits D - Exhibits F (Coefficients) 6. Update FAR Clauses 7. Revise Solicitation Exhibit B - Past Performance Questionnaire All other items and conditions remain unchanged.
