Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $49.5M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation number 12444826Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for EADS Shower/Toilet Replacement, and Southern Point Shower/Toilet Replacement, including but not limited to the below work:. EADS Shower/Toilet Replacement: 1. Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower toilet building of approximately 450 square feet. Demolish and remove existing sidewalks of approximately 178 square feet. 2. Construction of concrete block shower toilet building of approximately 1178 square feet. 3. Provide all utility connections to new building and relocating of existing utilities if needed. Miscellaneous site and finishing work around new shower toilet building. To include approximately 410 square feet of new sidewalk. Southern Point Shower/Toilet Replacement: 4. Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower toilet building of approximately 654 square feet. Demolish and remove existing sidewalks of approximately 1005 square feet. 5. Construction of concrete block shower toilet building of approximately 1178 square feet. 6. Provide all utility connections to new building and relocating of existing utilities if needed. 7. Miscellaneous site and finishing work around new shower toilet building. To include approximately 500 square feet of new sidewalk. 8. Connect current electrical circuit the adjacent HOST Site in existing toilet/shower building to the new toilet/shower building as noted on the drawings. A coordinated site visit will be conducted at a Date/Time to be determined and announced via a solicitation ammendment.
