- FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Limiting Sources. Limited-Sources Justification - Electricity Services for Irvington Site Office. A new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order, W9127826FA070, awarded under the procedures outlined in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 41 �Acquisition of Utility Services� is contemplated, GSA Contract Number: 47PA0425D0028. This contract will be funded using non-expiring Operation & Maintenance General (O&MG) funding. Provide electrical utility services for the Irvington Project Site Offices. Electric services will be provided for a period of ten (10) years.
