Description

AMENDMENT Additional information: The backhoe Serial number is CATO416FTHWBO1764. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Pacific District has a requirement for a Caterpillar Backhoe Repair in accordance with the Statement of Need at the Riverside National Cemetery. This requirement is unrestricted. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This acquisition is a competitive solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. As specified in the Evaluation provision, this acquisition will be conducted using a lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis of award. Questions and/or concerns may be sent to Contract Specialist Roberto Escobedo, email: roberto.escobedo@va.gov, no later 03/16/2026 @ 1:00PM (PST). No questions will be accepted after the above date/time. Questions shall be submitted in writing via email and shall reference the solicitation number and title in the subject line. Responses to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation, as appropriate. SAM Registration: Only quotes submitted by vendors that are actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission and award will be considered. Quotes from vendors that are not actively registered in SAM.gov will be rejected as non-responsive.
