Request for Proposal (RFP): Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) Solicitation Number: FA251826RP002 Accessing the RFP To view the RFP documents, interested vendors must have a current and approved DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) on file. To Gain Access: Please submit your DD Form 2345 to the Points of Contact listed below and concurrently request access via the ""Attachments/Links"" section for this solicitation on SAM.gov. Previously Granted Access: If your organization has already submitted a DD Form 2345 for this specific effort, please just request access via the ""Attachments/Links"" section. Proposal Submission Proposals must be submitted through the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
