- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number (W9126G26QA069) is issued as a Request for Quote RFQ for (brief description)This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Note: look at RFO 5.101(c) to confirm there is no other information that is required to be provided. Pay special attention if you are using commercial procedures for construction (5.101(c)(4)(v) or if the items are subject to a WTO Government Procurement Agreement or Free Trade Agreement.NOTE: (3)(i) Because the synopsis and solicitation are contained in a single document, it is not necessary to publicize a separate synopsis 15 days before the issuance of the solicitation (ii) When using the combined synopsis and solicitation, KO must establish a response time in accordance with 5.203(b) (but see 5.203(h).(2) Response times. Set a response time that gives offerors a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless the acquisition is subject to the minimum time period for acquisitions covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or a Free Trade Agreement (see subpart 5.2 and part 25).Also publicize amendments to solicitation in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation (you would modify the information in the description block) This applies to both the old and new.
