Description
REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP) 36C24625R0058-0001 AMENDMENT / SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION NOTICE Subject: Clarification and Request for Additional Information Project: Raleigh Dental Clinic Lease Procurement Date: March 16, 2026 A. Purpose of this Notice This notice serves to inform offerors that their initial proposals have been reviewed and that additional information is required to complete evaluation for the Raleigh Dental Clinic solicitation. If you have received this letter, your proposal was received on time and is being considered, but it does not yet meet the completeness requirements of the RLP. B. Required Mandatory Items All offerors must address the following items in full. These documents and clarifications are required for your proposal to be considered responsive under the RLP. Complete Offer Documentation Ensure that all documents required for a complete offer are submitted, including your Tenant Improvement Cost Summary (TICS) Table. Operatory Count Requirement Confirm that your proposal includes the required twenty (20) operatory stations as specified in the RLP. Proposed Floor Plan A detailed floor plan reflecting the offered space configuration must be provided. Clarification of the ASR (Agency Special Requirement) Provide clarification for the ASR which does not include Sterile Processing Services (SPS). Your response must clearly indicate how the proposed space accommodates this requirement without SPS. Revised Cost Estimate Without SPS Submit a revised cost estimate and updated TICS table reflecting the removal of SPS related items. C. Suspense Date for Submission All required information must be submitted no later than March 30, 2026, by Close of Business (COB).
