- SYNOPSIS: The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 1,493 Gray dress caps and 1,493 White dress caps for the cadet population. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 315990, Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business (SB) concerns. The source selection process is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 18 March 2026. Quotes will be due on/or about 02 April 2026. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This SYNOPSIS is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Please do not respond to this presolicitation notice.
