proposed with Litton Systems Inc. because the Government does not
possess the technical data (Drawings or Specifications) completely
defining the Form, Fit and Function of the item being procured.
However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered by the agency. Most recent, representative unit price for
this item was $4,109.21 per unit for 76 each, awarded on 14 Sep 90. The
Government provides this data without assuming responsibility for its
accuracy or for any conclusions or interpretations which may be drawn
from this data. The data is provided solely for informational purposes
and should not be relied upon as a basis for preparation of an offer.
The solicitation may include more detailed information concerning
price history. Only written requests for this solicitation will be
accepted. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has
established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide Electronic
Transmittal of Request for Proposal's (RFP's) from Government to
industry. Only those parties who don't have the equipment necessary to
access the EBB will be forwarded hard copies upon request. All
interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to
Access, Operate, Send and Receive data from the CECOM EBB System. To
become a user of the EBB you will need an Identification Code and
Password in in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the EBB
System. Detailed information regarding system requirements is continued
in the CECOM EBB User's Manual. A user's manual, identification code
and password will be issued upon request. All requests must include:
(1) Company Name, (2) Points of Contact Name(s) and Titles(s). (3)
Return Address(es), (4) Telephone Number(s). Please send your request
