Three 242-kV power circuit breakers and one 72.5-kV power circuit breaker for the Mead Substation, Stage 07. This equipment will be delivered to the Mead Substation, located about 3 miles south on Buchanan Boulevard off of Nevada Highway 93 in Boulder City, Nevada. The equipment shall be delivered F.O.B Destination within consignee's premises, contractor to unload equipment to the pad or to a specific location at the substation as directed by the Government. Delivery of all the circuit breakers will be no sooner than October 1, 1995, and no later than January 1, 1996. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be issued on/about January 18, 1995, on double sided high density DOS-formatted 3.5 inch floppy diskettes. The IFB and specifications are formatted using WordPerfect 5.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Western Area Power Administration.
