Sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation substantiated by complete detailed technical literature and containing complete, itemized pricing, which sufficiently and clearly demonstrate their capability to provide the products described above within 15 days of the publication of this synopsis. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
