The following changes are made: The Solicitation quantity has been decreased from 269505 EA to 230,000 EA. In addition this Solicitation will contain A partial small business set aside. The unrestricted quantity is for 155,000 EA with A 50% option and the set aside portion is for 75,000 EA with A 50% option. The evaluations on the technical proposals have also been changed to read as follows: Pdms, past performance, warranty and manufacturingplans.
