She can be reached at Area Code (612) 370-2109 The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to do a cost comparison as to whether commercial resources or government resources shall be used in conducting an A-76 study for the operations of the utilization of aircraft. The study shall determine the most cost effective means of aircraft acquisition and operation, either owned or commercially acquired aircraft and/or services. The study will include conducting analysis of aircraft utilization and preparing a final report based on the OMB Circular A-76 Supplement, delineating findings and recommendations. This solicitation will not result in a contract, but is for information purposes only. The solicitation will be released on, or about January 20, 1995.
