The Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA)
is soliciting proposals for the provision of technical assistance to
employment and training agencies as directed to assist in the conduct
of customer satisfaction surveys. The technical assistance will take
the form of consulation with ETA and other agencies and the development
of a technical assistance guide. In addition, the contractor will
actually conduct at least one such survey for the JTPA Section 402
Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker program. Other surveys and related
tasks will be performed as requested by ETA and as funds allow. The
period of performance shall be (18) months from the date of execution
with an option to extend for 1 year at the government's discretion.
This is a 100% small business set-aside. Requests for Proposals (RFP)
will be available upon written request only, approximately 15 days
after date of publication on a first come, first served basis, while
supply lasts. Telephone requests will not be honored. For requests made
after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine
whether payment of a fee is warrented. The fee will not exceed the
actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents. Closing date
for receipt of proposals is February 28, 1995, at 2:00 p.m. local
time. Request must cite RFP-DAA-95-09 and must include two (2)
