Services to include all labor, equipment, supplies, disassembly/reassembly, packing/unpacking and crating/uncrating, loading/unloading and transport. Property to be relocated currently occupies approx. 590,000 sq. ft. (54,813 sq.meters), and includes office furniture/equipment, ADP equipment, exercise equipment, storage racks, shelving units, etc. Contractor will assist with arrangement of property at new locations. Relocation will be conducted in 3 phases, with the first phase expected to begin 7/1/95, and each phase to take 30 to 60 days to complete. RFP to be available approx. 2/13/95; a pre-proposal walk-thru will be held. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
